In January Lorna had a late Christmas present and welcomed 3 Guinea Pigs into the family and the house (much to Dad, and Ian’s dismay) We later named them Honey, Spice and Ginger once we got to know them and find out about their unique personalities, Ginger definitely lives up to her name as we found out one day when she jumped out of the playpen and had us on a wild goose chase around the house... (Shh don’t tell Ian). They still remain a little shy so the grandchildren and friends have been helping to socialise them over Christmas and the beginning of the year.
